Overview

The Aurevant AV-Cloud QC Manager is a secure, cloud-hosted software platform developed by Aurevant Medical to centralize and simplify quality-control monitoring and reagent inventory management across one or multiple Aurevant AV-Chem and AV-ISE analyzers.

It automatically collects QC results from connected instruments, plots real-time Levey-Jennings charts, applies Westgard multi-rules, and provides clear visual alerts when control values exceed laboratory-defined or manufacturer limits. Authorized users can view dashboards, review historical trends, compare performance against anonymized peer-group data, and generate accreditation-ready reports from any modern web browser or mobile device.

In addition to QC, the platform tracks reagent and consumable inventory in real time, including lot numbers, open-vial stability, remaining tests and expiry dates. Predictive alerts notify laboratory staff before reagents expire or reach critically low levels, helping to prevent run interruptions and reduce waste.

The AV-Cloud QC Manager is designed for both single-site laboratories and multi-site networks. It supports role-based access control, full audit logging and encrypted data transmission. The service is hosted on secure, geographically redundant cloud infrastructure and is supplied with configuration support and ongoing updates from Aurevant Medical.

This product is an original Aurevant Medical software solution intended for professional laboratory use. It enhances compliance, reduces manual QC documentation effort and improves overall operational efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the AV-Cloud QC Manager work with all Aurevant analyzers?

Yes. It is designed to work with the AV-Chem 120, AV-Chem 220, AV-Chem 450, AV-ISE Pro 5 and other compatible models that can export QC data.

Is an internet connection required?

Yes. The platform is cloud-hosted, so a reliable internet connection is required for data upload and dashboard access. Local analyzer operation continues normally during temporary network interruptions.

Can multiple laboratory sites share one account?

Yes. The system supports multi-site deployments with centralized or site-specific dashboards and role-based visibility.

Are the QC data and charts suitable for accreditation inspections?

Yes. The platform generates clear Levey-Jennings charts, rule evaluations and audit trails that are commonly accepted by accreditation bodies when used as part of a complete quality management system.

How is reagent inventory updated?

Inventory can be updated automatically from analyzer reagent logs where available, or manually by laboratory staff. Lot numbers, open dates and expiry dates are tracked to provide remaining-tests and stability alerts.

Is patient result data stored in the cloud?

No. The AV-Cloud QC Manager is designed for quality-control results and inventory data only. Patient results remain on the analyzer or in the laboratory’s LIS.

What support is provided?

Aurevant Medical provides onboarding assistance, configuration guidance, user training materials and ongoing technical support for the cloud platform.
