The Aurevant AV-Liver Panel is a comprehensive liquid reagent set for the quantitative determination of the four principal liver enzymes used in routine hepatic assessment: Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/GPT), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/GOT), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) and Gamma-Glutamyltransferase (GGT).
Each reagent is supplied in a stable liquid format that requires no reconstitution, reducing preparation time and the risk of reconstitution errors. The methods are kinetic and optimized for performance on both fully automated random-access systems and semi-automated analyzers. Onboard stability of up to 28 days on refrigerated instruments supports efficient laboratory workflow and reduces reagent waste.
